Description of Course
A total of 72 units of credit is required, consisting of six core courses, three elective courses, Research Seminar and a research project.
*Applicants with a relevantbachelor degree with Honours, a relevant bachelor degree with credit average or above and 12 months industry experience at a management level will be entitled to 24 units of transfer credit.
Entry Requirements
A recognized Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as building, construction management, construction economics, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, property development and real estate. In addition to the academic requirement, you are required t have a minimum of 12 months management experience in the construction industry.
