Description of Course
The Short Course in Human Resource Management aims to introduce the key concepts and theories in HRM while comparing and contrasting them with the ‘actual’ HR policies and practices as carried out by HR practitioners in local work organizations.
Entry Requirements
Entrance is open for anyone over 18 years of age who wants the best start for a successful career in HRM. (Applications are also encouraged from people who may have been away from formal education for some time, but who have relevant experience in the field of HR)
