Description of Course
The short course in Human Resource Training and Developmentis designed to provide basic knowledge and core competencies in Human Resource Training and Development to create effective trainers or training officers. HRTD aims to introduce the key concepts and theories in HR Training and Development while comparing and contrasting them with the ‘actual’ HR policies and practices as carried out by HR practitioners in local organizations.
Entry Requirements
Entrance is open for anyone over 18 years of age who wants a best start for a successful career in office management. An applicant should have six passes at the G.C.E (O/L) examination or one year work experience. (Applications are also welcome from people who may have been away from formal education for some time, but who have the relevant experience in the field)
