Description of Course
The main objectives of the course are to impact the basic knowledge and skills necessary to operate, troubleshoot and maintain industrial pneumatic systems.
Entry Requirements
Passed in Mathematics and Science at GCE Ordinary level.
Course Content
- gain necessary knowledge in the fundamentals of pneumatic systems.
- be able to identify, select and design compressed air generation systems.
- be able to design, simulate, assemble and test basic pneumatic circuits using standard components and simulation software.
- be able to interpret technical specifications and identify symbols used in pneumatic components.
- be able to maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic components and basic control systems.
